What is a Spire GTR and why is there an Audi TT engine it??? 1.8t 20vt kit car Part 1.

I've been after a lotus Elise/ k20 mr2/ vx220..... basically a race focused rear engine small car to learn better car control, then this came up. what's a man supposed to do?
