How much boost can you run on a stock bk1 2.0t stuffed turbo? I already have bolt ons 550cc injectors and make about 250whp but would stuffed turbo and a retune help me make more power?

A BK1's limit is right around 350-400hp. I wouldn't push anything over that especially in torque.

Can someone help explain to me what the holes are for on that triangle section. I'm aware that the blowoff valve or recirculation valve goes over it. But I don't know why there are two holes.

It's a recirculation valve, unused boost pressure is diverted through those holes. Usually right back into the intake, but in some cases like on my 2.0L turbo optima. You can put an aftermarket spacer plate there to make it vent to atmosphere. That's a fast, cheap, and easiest way to get the **Psshh** when you let off the throttle.
