The main problems are not the double internship or fmge exam , the main issue was that nmc said that the students studying abroad have to get the licence from the country that they studied from before they the allowed to give fmge exam in india , and the licencing exam in the countries are done in the native language which are almost impossible to pass as they are conducted in the native languages of the respective countries we are taught in english (which is like you studied from nursey to 12 in an english medium school and then you are asked to give your final board exams in hindi),

First of all I have seen people try mock student who go for foreign mbbs studies by saying neet mai nai select hua hoga isiliye chla gya .. Bro 1.8 M student give neet exam and the seat for Mbbs in medical government college 48 k + reservation .. The next 1 or mci screening test is important for fmg I agree. What's to consider is the time given to fmg for neet pg or next 2 I.e. within 10 years of starting mbbs degree we have to clear neet pg. But for fmg graduates the term for mbbs is 5.8 years + another 1 year internship in india making it 7 years. And that's why fmg only gets 3 attempts at neet pg whereas IMG gets 4-5 attempts.

Sir what about quality education of MBBS in Indian medical College...in India ,most of the IMGS don't have basic knowledge after 4.5 years .. so exit test is going to start for MBBS students after 4.5 yrs to test their basics ... I m damn sure most of IMGS can't pass as they don't study here Most of the students here got selected in neet UG EXAM through Kota and what about private medical Colleges in India... So exit exam is only solution for quality check of MBBS degree in India and abroad as well

NMC is the authority to look over the quality of medical education in India. Currently NMC only check the physical infrastructure and human resources to provide the medical education. Other quality parameter are start including to monitor medical education but at very slowly.

Sir if Supreme Court want quality doctors in India the why they give reservation in the medical field?? As you know ki in future they always use their reservation to be in safe side but what about the patient … And sir Jo 450-500 marks neet me Lakar abroad jakr study Krke Aarhe hai unke sath aesa discrimination kyu ?? Ye to SC discriminate kr rhi Hai I m sorry for my words I really respect sc but sir try to understand our feelings …. If you want quality doctors in ind then remove reservation….

Don't worry I believe things will sort out till the time you graduate with your degree but don't keep India as your only option, try giving USMLE for your residency(PG) cause if you're able to qualify that then it's way too better for your career or you can just work as a doctor in the US if you don't want to enroll in a speciality course.

I am abroad mbbs student in phillipines I joined on 2021 oct , currently I am in bs biology pre med . A gazette was came on nov 18 2021 after the gazette came everyone was in panic and called nmc asked their queries they said whoever took admission in bs before nov 18 they are exempted from this gazette but after some months they released notice that bs in invalid , literally whoever took admission in phillipines before nov 18 in bs are collapsed still now .A case is going in high court regarding this issue from February 2022 but it’s been June still now case is postponed again and again .we want justice our careers are in stake .

Give one screening exam for all irrespective whether you pass in India or Abroad.. In India private medical college charge 50lacs as admission total costs may go up to one crore.. Their are many cases where cheating and proxy students are caught during examination in private medical college in India. Deserving students because of reservation have no choice but to go abroad.. Hope NEXT EXAM Comes into effect as soon as possible then everyone is on the same page.

NMC apni guidelines par kuch reply hi nhi deta, gol gol ghumta hai. Russia MBBS course duration 6 year including Intership. Russia degree valid or not, NMC not responding on it. Course duration ke baad internship karni hai ya russia jaise desh including internship rakhte wo kon clear karega.??
