Thanks a lot for the video! It's been two months of confusion, but your video helped me pinpoint my problem exactly. Now I understand what's going on and I'm ready to try out the suggested movements. Hopefully, they'll do the trick!

Thanks for the excellent video. I ignorantly kept running for 6 weeks with this injury and tried to run “through it” but it just gets worse. Now resigned to the rest part of rice. Can you say what type of duration for rehab progression. I.e. I assume there should be zero pain the next day from the exercise?
@ThePhysioChannel5 ай бұрын
Yes that's correct. Expect 6 to 8 weeks for full recovery. Sending our best to you.

Thanks this is really helpful ! Would you recommend wearing the sacroiliac belt whilst doing the exercises?

Yes you can!

Hi is there a way we can differentiate between muscle strain and tendon strain for the groin?? Both can have some overlapping symptom how do i know its muscle damage and not tendon related. Recovery for muscle damage can be sooner and straight forward as oppose to tendon we need to manage loads. Correct me if im wrong or my question is dum.

How about pain in it when crossing the legs

blahblahblah a bunch of medical jargon and words at a boring pace. I've added this to my night time bedtime ASMR playlist so that I can go to sleep. This didn't help me at all as a patient.
