I worked for a company is southeast Michigan that pumped this lightweight concrete. This stuff has been around a long time. We used a product called E____________ to make the foam we injected into concrete. This was mixed into a nine sack grout mix in a concrete truck. We then used piston pumps to pump it through two inch hoses. It was poured on plywood at one and a half inches thick. After it set up it was troweled. This was a floor underlayment intended to be covered with a floor good. The purpose of it was for sound proofing and fire protection on second and third floors of apartments and condos and other types of buildings.

I have been playing with AirCrete for a while now myself. Experimenting with this that and the other. I first found this on domegaia website as I was interested in building dome homes on our property with AirCrete. Good luck in your endeavors and it seems you are having fun with it!

Consider color metal roofing trim for your studs. Those pieces are often created as needed locally. They have matching self-taping screws.
