I have extreme aphantasia after a serious accident and multiple surgeries 28 years ago, it has been an extremely lonely 28 years except for the annoying 24/7 narration in my head. I barely sleep and never dream so days are long, looking forward to the end of my existence on this planet, cant wait :)
