I visited Bali five or six years ago. Your images confirm my impressions from that trip. Beautiful Ubud and north country, but insane traffic, trashy beaches, and tons of Aussie tourists everywhere in the south. It's really too bad, as you get the sense that there is a such a beautiful island here buried in consumerism and tourism. Nothing good ever happens at a pool bar.

And also to say that indonesian food is better than mexican,you must be out of your mind from taking all the drugs in bali.

That was my first thought too. It's usually the guys on the motorbikes not wearing t-shirts that gives tourists a bad name in Bali. They usually misbehaving also by not following other rules, like not wearing helmets, or masks during the covid times.

I am glad you did a video on Bali I am 100% sure I never want to go there! TOO MANY PEOPLE... crowded beaches! The Nature park looked pretty but Hawaii and Mexico have those and are easier to get to.. Bali looks a bit crazy!

Good to see you're back to taking me to my old haunts. Bali in 1973, stayed in a village called Suikawati with a family for 2 weeks. Back more often in the late 90"s when living nearby in Bangkok. Whew glad you are doing the travel for me. Not sure I would like it so much now! Standing by for more of your videos.

Just back from a few weeks in Sanur, candidasa, Amed. Was great and pretyy chill. Seminyak last year was overbearing. Just plan according to your needs. Definitely not a great idea on a motorbike topless. Most travel insurance is void in Bali motorbike accidents unless you hv motorbile license in own country. Fun fact...

I’m not sure how I’d feel about all the peddlers trying to charge to see waterfalls. Looks like the local government or “powers that be” lack infrastructure and reasonable control of tourism.
