I love Red Rocks and Shawn Johnson. I've been watching for a couple months now. I just happened to come across this channel while searching up things on Christ. I have a church I regularly attend here in Plano, TX, and I love my church! I will be getting baptized on Sunday, 6/2/24. I can't wait!!! I do feel that I connect with Shawn more than my amazing local pastors due to the similar life stories we share. I'm a sports junkie and my 2 boys are good at sports too. I wear my old Army and Air Force (was in both) pants all the time, even to church. Lol. I have battled a strong weed addiction for almost 30 years, and now it's been 5.5 months since any THC. Some say that weed isn't cocaine, but the addiction and the mindset is all the same for an addict, regardless of what we are addicted to. I'm almost 45, and tried to live my life my own way since I was a teenager. I've struck out on 2 marriages, the 2nd woman being my kid's mother. I've had so many jobs that Ive lost track. I've spent a lot of time unemployed, and my finances have been severely lacking as a result. I just can't put off living for God anymore. If I don't give my life to the Lord asap, then I won't make it much longer. The mental torment, shame, and guilt is eating away at my soul. God Bless and keep doing what you're doing!! Scott

Thank you Shawn Johnson and Red Rocks Church I found y'all when I was in prison in Alabama in a dark time in my life I have found the Lord now and been clean for 5 years now
