Such an interesting trek through the jungle. I had never seen a rubber tree and a bleeding tree before. That was quite a close call with the lightning. I would have been scared out of my pants. 😯

We watch a lot of sailing channels, who head over to Panama. The shocking mess and polution you see from their perspective definately put us off going there. So it is pleasing to see that this looks so pristine and unspoilt. Thanks for the share😍😊👍

In our experience, this mostly was NOT the case - but then again, the areas that we explored were pretty much rural and relatively far from the big city, big towns and canal.

Ahhh that's what a rubber tree looks like! I don't think I have ever seen one before! That's why I would love a guided tour like this, you get introduced to some incredible things that you wouldn't have noticed otherwise!

The rubber tree was very cool to see as were the (hanging) Oropendola nests. Our guide, Edwin, is knowledgeable and is a fun person which made our tour even more interesting.
