Lokafy they inject a file that is undetected since u cannot inject anything since based on there anticheat, cs go is dumb, I injected my own cheat and it didnt block it, but now I just dox r6 servers :)

u can basically do whatever u want in an offline game and modify any value. but if its an online game then no, u cant have inf health, gold or whatever.
