What is compressed air?

The concept is so easy that other peoples video just skip over this minor fundamental law of the physical universe. I was so confused and looked around and reworded my question to get the most basic and simple answer I could get and I finally after 1 hour found this video. All technology rests upon very basic principles which some people seem to overlook and not state then in their “educational” videos.

So it is air forced to occupy a smaller space?

it's just air contained in a space where it's concentration is greater than the normal. Bottles, Spray cans, ballons, bags, tanks, oil rigs chambers, air planes, etc...
