I take it you mean single vessel coronary artery disease. If that is the case, then the treatment depends on the artery involved and the location of the blockage.

Left Anterior Decending Artery: (Critical disease ostioproximal course involving origin of major diagonal which has moderate ostial stenosis), Left Circumflex Artery:(Non dominant.Mild ostial disease.), Right Coronary Artery:(Dominant,ectatic vessel.Minor disease.), LV Angio: (Good LV function.) Diagnosis:(Essentially SVCAD). So kindly tell me the best way of treatment for this also send me your gmail so i can send you the angiography report.

I think you mean Right Atrial Enlargement, and this enlargement of the upper right chamber of the heart. It can enlarge due to one of many disorders of either pressure overload or volume overload. Treatment depends on the cause.
