Great content. Is it the rule of thumb for three time points is required for CLPM? And by this you imply that CLPM from 2 time points are not adequate or robust? If yes, do you have references to support your position?

Although you can identify the CLPM model with two time points, it’s highly recommended to have three-time points to get richer results. For the random intercept (RI)-CLPM, three time points are required to identify the model.
