Ajj ke video humne appko bataya hai ki app kaise bina gym gai apne app ko fit rakh sakte ho, Video me humne bohot se workouts bataye hai jo app ghar par hi kar sakte ho, Video me ajj apko Crossfit ke baare me batai hai, CrossFit me Workouts karne ke bohot se Workouts ka techniques ko ache se samjhaya hai, yahi nahi konse galtiyan app se ho sakti hai wo bhi sir ne bataya hai, Fitness Fighters dwara hum apko hamesha alag alag techniques ke sath Video leke atte rehte hai.. Humne Desi Workouts bhi bataye hai.. specially humara motive yeh rehta ki hum unlogo ke liye desi Workouts bataye jinhe gym janeka time nahi rehta yaa fir unke ghar ke pass gym available nahi rehta...humari bohot se desi jugaad wale Workouts ko app sabne bohot pasand kiya hai.
