Thank you! I have been following my path and it has lead me to interesting awakening. Buddism truly gives a description and a prescription to this demension of life. I have been practicing my silence and conduct as I work. In the past I was very loud and always trying to be funny or entertain. Now I seek the peace and to find quiet peace of the picture that is unfolding. Thank you to the Buddha,❤❤❤ our teacher , thank you to the Darmha, and thank you to the Sangha. ❤

I dont feel like i can become advanced meditator for many internal reasons! one of which is i suffered from mental health issues and i feel deep meditation could actually be harmful for me. So instead i am just doing everything else that i can! without the deep meditation. For me my main goal is to prevent negative experiences in the future by creating only good karma from now on. Is this reasonable motivation for practising Buddhism?

Yes! The Buddha's teachings in a nutshell are "Cultivate virtuous actions, do not commit negative deeds, tame your mind." So you are 100% on the right path :)

People practice karma Yoga hoping to have this better samskara and dharma in this or the next life. But isn't dharma or karma always the difference between perfection and your moment of existence? Why would I meditate on having more than other people when they are suffering, when I know my having it is what means that they can't have it.
