i've been feeling motivated to do stuff recently and i had no clue what had changed, and after watching this i think its at least partly related to playing through celeste(its a 2d platformer game) over the last week, its hard as hell and i definitely felt great after getting through a chapter after 900 deaths. so maybe that helped with those dopamine baselines

Real comment here: so I've made some serious habit changes (quitting) 2 of my biggest addictions recently. I now feel a sense of dejectedness (for other extenuating circumstances too) but it started happening right when I quit these things. It's been months, I think it's because I haven't actively tried to placehold a new stimuli where the old ones were removed (nicotine/sleeping around). Even making good changes will still make you feel down at times but yeah sleep #1, diet #2 and moving your body #3. If you're doing all those things and still no change, seek help. People will praise you for wanting change in your life. I'm starting therapy Again

Double Jumping is like being able to fly cool but not really practical. 3rd person tho would be so helpful. You wanna spy on someone or peak a corner 3rd person got that. Especially if you can hear what happening where this 3rd person "camera" is you could like sneak in on convos and stuff. 3rd person every time.
