Frrom what I've read the cause could be from stiff calve muscle or ancle inability to dorsiflex. There is a video on KZbin how to measure which one is it.

how to treat equinus that acquired 5yrs ago? i felt like mine is already a hopeless case coz its already stiff and cant barely stretch. i already spent a lot for physical therapy but nothing happens. its already depressing, i hope someone will answer me 😔
