A couple of decades ago I was diagnosed with mild foot drop. I really only noticed it when I was tired, which was frequently since I had untreated severe sleep apnea. After getting my CPAP machine I started going to swing dancing one night a week, hiking with a group, or friend, once or twice a week & Contradancing once or twice a month. I never thought about my diagnosis again, I guess because I strengthened the muscles causing it. Yay! Until this video came out I'd forgotten it. Bob & Brad, you two are terrific! Thank You for all you share!! ☮️💕🙏🏼💞🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have drop foot and thank you to them for having exercises that I did along time ago that I can do. It's great to have Bob, as long as he enjoys being on the show, my heart goes out to him as well as it goes to Brad. You guys left and empire, a legacy, something that is part of the human history that will be cherished for many generations. You both honored all the involuntary inheritance of knowledge and progress from our ancestors. Please find the best doctor in the world to treat you guys, you are probably the two humans to relieve the most pain across the world than any other human has ever been capable of. True legends and giants that show case the best humanity has to offer. My mind and body thanks you for taking all the pain away from my life at any little inconvenience. I grew up watching your videos and I like to believe I became a better person learning from your small conversations to many interesting topics and solutions I had never heard about. I've dedicate my life to science and there's a good chance reaching out to neuralink is a good idea before any surgeries. I'm no doctor, but this is the best I can offer, my eternal gratitude and a suggestion. You guys have best of the best brains in the world, I'm sure you guys will do your best to keep the gift of existence and fight like the fighters you both are for the best outcome possible. Godspeed, gentleman.

Going to have to try this. I believe my foot drop is caused by my back problems: incomplete spinal cord injuries, herniated discs, bulging discs, or formerly broken vertebrae. Something (nerve most likely) goes down my right upper thigh from the butt to the inside of my right knee. I fall often. Going to try these exercises to hopefully help my dropped foot. It's been this way since December 2005, when I broke everything from the neck down my right side. My tibia was crushed in the accident as well. At my age, I have little hope, but some hope is better than no hope. Thank you for this video.

Do you take LDN? I do for Lupus, Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, & Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Where I've noticed the difference is in my pain levels that are the result of a 1983 whiplash injury. At the time all medical experts involved said it was worse than any car accident could have caused. I was attacked by a client at work & held down while they were biting the back of my neck & pulling my hair. I lost two pieces of scalp. In my wildest dreams I would have never dreamt it could affect me for so long. ☮️💕🙏🏼

What, exactly, is foot drop? Never heard of it.
@andrewambrusko3651 Жыл бұрын
Basically when the muscles of the ankle that function to bring the foot upward toward the air are either damaged, weak or have some nerve damage, this causes the foot to basically slap down on the floor instead of a controlled motion down which is what a regular walking can do without any restriction. Hope this made a little sense.

I can hardly lift my foot when my leg is straight and I can’t actually stand with my leg straight and have my heel touch the ground is this foot drop? When my knee is bent I can lift it more but maybe it just looks likes that or seems like that. Because if I flex when knee is bent then extend leg my foot slowly goes back to not flexed.
