Grandma steel cut oatmeal with evaporated milk, apple chunks, sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar with a little square of real butter.. 👌🏾 breakfast heaven when I was growing up, the kind that made you kick your feet and sing a song even till this day, if you want to get a little fancy with it add some peppered egg whites lord have mercy.. I'll eat a whole tub if you let me. 😅

No, but condensed milk is. It must be the sugar that gives it the colour.
