My parents visited Canada on visitor visa and got their passport stamped for Super Visa while they were in Canada. Will this be considered flagpoling if they leave Canada and enter on Super Visa stamp to activate their Super Visa ?

Hi Kubeir, My wife has a valid PGWP till June 2026, and i have an application in for extending my OWP based on her permit. I am currently employed and working with the government of NS, but have to travel back to my home country, 2 months from now for a medical emergency and by doing so i may loose my status to work once i return back. Hi sir, I watch all your videos and I like the way you make your content so simple and informative for everybody to understand, sir, I am very very confused and worried about our immigration status in Canada, would you please be able to help me and my wife. We have some questions that we want to ask you. My wife completed her 2 years postgraduate diploma in strategic global business management from Conestoga college in April 2024, and she applied for her postgraduate work permit in April 2024 itself, all her batchmates who have applied for pgwp before her and after her have got applied status letter as well as work permits, but her work permit is not coming. I don't know what is wrong with it. We have also raised the web form to ircc and spoke to them multiple times on the phone, the reply we got back from ircc was that everybody does not get an applied status letter. And we are processing it. Every application is treated differently and you will get your result, Sir my sowp is also expiring in September with her study permit. How am I supposed to extend my sowp without her getting a study permit? Please help us.

Hello, I need your help regarding my situation. currently, I am in canada on visitor visa, and my PR application submmited from india on jun 16, 2023. On March 15, 2024, I received a passport request to continue processing my PR application. At that time, I was already in Canada on a valid visitor visa. Within three days of receiving the passport request, I submitted a web form to inform IRCC Delhi about my current location in Canada. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates or replies regarding my application status since then.

@kinjal4230 You should update your current location to Delhi V.O when you land in Canada .The Delhi embassy have to inform this (ppr request)to Ircc in canada and Ircc needs to approve it and from Delhi all documents should reach here in canada in timely manner.This process sometimes takes time,coz Delhi V.O works very slow because of backlog and other reasons.After ircc canada got all your documents your pr process will take less time. i think you have 30 days to submit PPR.After 30 days it's very difficult to inform Delhi v.o.They don't check the webform on regular basis.Delhi v.o is slowest visa office in the world in Canadian immigration.(speaking from personal experiences 😢😢😢)So best way go back to india and apply from India, you will get Visa within 2 to 3 weeks...Thanks..All the best..

T4 is available from agency My employment letter starts with following way "I am confirming that Mr.Joseph is currently employed by ABC Ageny on a contract with XYZ Company . He is working as an Electrical Technician ......... ..." Is there any issue with mentioning working company name while express entry submission?
