Hi, I have failed in two attempts in a module but scored very well in other modules and dissertations. I failed by 5 marks. I got PG diploma award in September 2024 and after that i applied for a fee waiver application to gain some time as i don't have money to apply for FLR at that time. On 15th November, i got rejected for the fee waiver and i have only 14 days given to apply for another visa. I got admission for the module to resit for jan 2025 intake but the university told me they won't be providing me a CAS letter as the course is less than 6 months and i need to pay deposit for the course within mid of December. Is it possible to request a CAS letter in the university? I'm stressed out as much money needed in this short time. Please help with my query.

I have a BRP human right residence permit and for 5 years and it has expired I applied to renew it and I received an email from them that it has been refused 😭😭 what to do please I need help asap……?? Thank you for your application for a replacement Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). In view of the fact that your current leave to remain expired on 05 June 2023, you no longer have any leave to remain to transfer. Your application has therefore been refused. There is no right of appeal against this decision.
