Its a wow and prideful thing to feel as a Hotelier.Truely good initiative to avoid food waste and develop community connections.Loud applause for the chefs involved.Also I noticed some chefs tasting and smelling from the used cooking laddles directly which is unhygienic and inappropriate.Any service to public deserves no compromises on anything. I wish all good to all SOULS in Food for Soul.

Saw this profiled on 60 minutes in the US yesterday. What an incredible idea and forward thinking concept!! Would like to come and serve in one of their "refettorios" some day!
