ETOH breath is a real thing. It comes from the lungs as the body is ridding itself of the excess it can't metabolize. The more ETOH and shorter the time from drinking, the more diacetic acid (alcohol vapor) is expelled subsequently increasing the BAC percentage. The detailed descriptions in police reports are pretty standard. It seems kind of weird, but that's how they have to write them. Speaking as an OTR trucker who spends many hours a week on the road, I can tell you that the vast majority of car drivers (truckers call non-truckers "four wheelers" lol) are on their phones, usually holding them in their laps. From the vantage points of our trucks, we can see everything people are doing in their cars. It's alarming but it feels like a futile problem at this point. It's also very disturbing, the number of truckers who are on their phones and HOLDING the phones (this is very much illegal and they are risking their whole livelihoods when there are great phone mounts for trucks). It only takes a split second to take someone's life. If a trucker causes a deadly accident this way, it means automatic prison time. It's a crazy gamble to take. EDIT: As far as not doing the breathalyzer, it's often advised that the person not to do that at the scene. This means the BAC will be lower once you get to the police station/ hospital if you have to submit to other types of tests, like a blood test. It also can mean the difference between a suspended license, whether or not a person blows at the scene. In the US, the DUI/ DWI laws vary by state.

He lost popularity when it came out what happened to Janet jackson was his fault then let the media distroy her and did not entebbe apologize and how he did britney, and how he was potrayed in her book. Also him trying to pressures a coworker into sleeping with him letting his team imply it was her then a video come out with him trying to be all over her

I live in Memphis which is kind of JT’s hometown, although he’s really from some suburb. I follow some Memphis Instagram accounts. The memes and the comments on those memes that were posted when the news of his arrest came out. 😱😂🤣 People here have turned on him soooooo hard. When your hometown hates you, you’re in trouble. Yes, people are upset over Janet Jackson and Britney Spears, but let’s not forget the cheating on his wife and the mother of his children. That did nothing to help his popularity.

Regarding Britneys book I actually thought he got away very well. She described what happened and didn't badmouth him unnecessarily. His actions alone just spoke volumes...
@isla.vuewall6 ай бұрын
I haven't read the book but I have a strong feeling there was no need for her to apologise just for speaking the truth. If she lied then sure, an apology is in order, but if it's just the truth, he was the one responsible for his actions. She shouldn't be sorry for letting people know. He should be sorry for what he's done. Britney is just too good 🥺❤️

He was in the news years ago, maybe before Britney's book, for being very close with his much younger costar on location of a film where he was kissing her? It was embarrassing for his wife obviously and he "apologized". I think he needs to face it instead of thinking he has no one to apologize to 🙄

It's highly illegal to drive whilst touching your mobile phone in Australia. A massive fine and 5 points taken off your driver's license is the penalty. We have camera's at most intersections to capture this behaviour and they were all installed during lockdown. Victoria had an extensive lock down so no intersection is left without a camera.
@tiffanymoore31826 ай бұрын
Idaho is hands free meaning that you can be ticketed for even touching your phone at a red light.

Also in some states in the us refusing to do a breatalizer or sobriety test can get the charges drpped in court due to lack of evidence but you'll still go to jail that night twisted right?

2:23 So in the US, it is actually illegal in most states to refuse a breathalyzer test, and the person will get a charge just for refusing (this is not in every state, i know theres a few where this isnt true) AND theyll be tested anyways once the police can get a warrant for their blood. So in the US, it really is in the persons best interest to just take the test, especially considering how many DUI cases get plead down to a wreckless driving charge, or get thrown out after someone finishes treatment and stuff like that. Refusing the testing is showing your noncompliance, and with the US police system, its always in your best interest to comply. BUT also everyone should actually learn about their rights, because in the hundreds of arrest videos ive watched, i have yet to see someone say "i know my rights!" Who actually, accurately, knows their rights. Most people in the US dont know a single right, theyre misinformed about everything they think they know.

I am heartbroken to see what is happening because I know that drugs and alcohol have a hold on him and it's a Trainwreck to watch, I hope he gets the help he needs because there's still alot left in this world for him and it would be a waste to end it ALL this way.

I think he's always been a selfish arsehole. There have been plenty of examples he exhibited in the past, not just with the whole Britney saga, and managed to come out unscathed. People are just starting to wake up to it. He also cheated on his wife with some costar years ago and he managed to dodge consequences from that too. Karma is a b* though.
