What Is Good Posture? It’s not what you think!!

Good posture is not what we were taught it is. Any posture that is held frequently and for a long period of time is considered bad posture. That includes perfect posture. We (humans) are designed to move. Good posture is now consider changing positions as often as you can. Slouching isn't bad for you. What makes it bad is how frequent you do it and the length of time you sit in that position.
