Chinese here, I wish they would make more scene from JTTW, they were gorgeous and they are really the spirit of this theme. Mecha is attractive for younger audience like kids would buy it, I think they should design Er'lang weapon more crazier to set up his identity. Qilin is good and it looks elegantly simple and precise to the culture, so it is decent for Chinese market. I think the big observation here is that they try to make these two as simple as possible to bring down the price so that they could sell more? What they are trying to do here is more conservative compare to what they have done in the past. I think it is influenced by market strategy or there is less room for designer to put their creative ideas.

Monkie kid peaked with Bond Demon 👌 What happened to Monkie Kid minifigure budget as well? From printed arms and dual molded legs, printing on the side as well🤩 to shared leg printing or complete plain legs.😢sad #chimchar

Yeah the figures are definitely hit and miss. Still some awesome ones like Li Jing, but Dreamzzz definitely has MK beat as far as minifig detail. Also, you’re a REAL ONE 🎉

I find both of them much better than the 2024 sets. Qilin is great, even! Best MK set since Mei's Dragon Mech. 2024 was disappointing, especially the summer wave. i had huge expectations for Nezha's mech but it turned out to be a bit of a mess. While the 9-Headed Beast was just ugly. And not in a fun way. So this is back to form for me. Let's hope the summer brings further improvement!

Those are great points 🤔 I think the main one that’s better from 2024 is the Celestial Pagoda. You’re right, the Qilin trumps most of the others. Hoping for better in the future as well!!! 🤩
