What is happening to Microsoft Publisher?!? Is it GONE FOREVER?!?!?

Useful info. I admit I haven't used publisher for a long time.. and I suspect that is a common thing so I understand why Microsoft is doing this. Microsoft Designer looks to be closer to an Adobe Illustrator competitor (if it gets a lot better), so it doesn't really look like there will be any direct replacement.

Thanks so much. I completely agree that Microsoft Designer will be able to compete better with Adobe Illustrator (most likely why they are discontinuing support and updates for Publisher after October 2026). Thanks for your support 🙂
