It’s really amazing how the body works. Nutrition Exercise and Mental health is all linked and we should aim to put our theory to practice. Thanks Doc 😊

Had I not been watching this channel for the past year+, I would have had to throw a "b.s." flag on this video. However, with my newly acquired knowledge I find this basic "holistic health for dummies" episode to be informative and comforting. I hope you cover this subject again with your new updated format so more people can appreciate where your wonderful advice is coming from. Thanks, Dr. Ekberg.

Thank you!!! Fantastic! So happy to see all the great information available at this time. I had to figure it out on my own 14 years ago.Did a lot of research on how the body works ,food, cravings ,best exercise programs , everything health related in order to minimize the amoout of medication I had to take for my condition. NO REGRETS. Anything is possible if you master the basics. I will be sharing the video. THANKS.

Isn't it amazing that people are willing to accept that they press a switch in the wall and electricity flows, but they refuse to acknowledge that we are all made up of energy.

No? They can? LOL! I'm always amazed by people. It's like they deliberately live in a bubble. Drives me crazy with frustration. :)

Dr. Sten..you have inspired me to pursue a career in holistic medicine..my question is what would be the most respected and applicable schooling/degree to allow me to practice in this field of medicine at a high level?

I'm one of your fan or your follower, I learn a lot from your lectures. Actually, at first I want to improve my English in medical aspect to answer my family doctor when he work on me and then I learned that I can be a "doctor" of or for myself means I could treat myself by changing something in my lifestyle, in eating, in exercise, in sleeping and in control myself in emotional impact . . . Can I translate your lectures into Vietnamese so more people who don't know English that can learn and practice for better health? Thank you.

Seems like people think eatting right is the only way to be healthy, but like you said it takes all of it to have optimal health.
