A person that is on 1099 is NOT an employee. You are not Vector employees. A job will never make you buy product to work there. Vector is a MLM, Multi Level Marketing company that specifically preys on kids fresh out of Hugh School that do not know any better. "Direct", "Network", "Referral", "Multi Level"... Marketing is all the same. Its not new. Its not innovative, you are the product. They are selling to YOU. Legitimate sales people want less competition (sales people) not more so they can increase their personal sales

Hey there. Yep, Vector sales reps do work with us as 1099s. That's how they are able to work as little - or as much (and when) they want. And fyi - our reps don't buy product and actually - we give them a sample kit for FREE if they are doing in-person demos. Pretty great, if you ask me.

Pyramid Scheme at its finest, Since you like to say people that made those videos dont have real "experiences" with Vector so they arent credible, i thought id speak up as someone who does. Vector isn't a "Scam" per say. What it is, is purposely misleading the younger generation into a false hope and reality. We both know you are just a puppet being paid by Vector to make these videos which hey, all the power to you, get your money. But you have to know that what you are representing is misleading and frankly messed up. I fell for this 3 years ago and I wont go into to much detail, but if you are seeing my comment, trust me and stay far far away from Vector. And to the creator of this video, you know what your doing.

Yep, we have a marketing team, just like nearly every other company out there. We do encourage our sales reps and show them the possibilities that are available to them with hard work and an open mind. Obviously this is a video made to promote Vector. But...what other perks? Paid time off? Pet insurance? Health Insurance? Dental? Spending Account? This is why they target....the desperate. Only the desperate runs to an offer like...work at your own schedule. If youre going to make a video yo promote a company? Then tell us what THEY will be offering us.....not just pay or commission.

This is an independent contractor position, not an employee position. (Other examples of independent contractors are freelance graphic designers, realtors, home contractors, freelance journalists, etc). So while an indep. contractor position doesn't offer "typical benefits" like an employee position might, it offers many other benefits that employee situations do not including: unlimited income potential, complete freedom to work as much or a little as one likes, autonomy to decide WHO to work with, free sales training, etc. It all depends on what someone is looking for.
