Peters race pacer is helpful, but it does require you to use the lap function on your watch at each mile marker (can miss a mile, and just lap watch at next mile marker). It gives you a projected time.

Getting ready to start mine tomorrow, my grandmother sent it to me. She’s a homeopathic doctor and Acupuncturist! She told me I need to buy it immediately so I did, lol. I got here because of course I like to research anything I’m putting into my body and enjoyed this Video. Please please please do not add any of that junk to this product. I find that to be the worst thing when you think you’re doing something good yet it has all this additional ingredients that are not even necessary. I'm not sure a kick of energy is what should be expected. The bodies can use the ketones as energy besides carbs and fat, so it is my understanding it spares your glycogen more because it first uses the ketones, and that can be used to improve endurance. Also it helps with better recovery. I do get some more mental clarity when I use it during running, makes me even more happy.
