What is the process of changing a gas to a liquid?
Explain Liquefaction of gases by definition, explanation & animation. Also discuss conditions for liquefaction of gases i.e critical temperature, critical pressure & critical pressure. Explain the principle for liquefaction of gases is Joule -Thomson effect, also known as Thomson -Joule effect and the different methods of liquefaction of gases i.e Faraday's method' Linde's method & Claude's method for Chemistry class 11 ,NEET ,JEE in Urdu/ Hindi.

aoa , ma"am as we know that in liquids there are stronger forces of attraction as compared to gases ... then when gases expand how can we say that it becomes liquid though it has overcomed the vander waals forces ?🤔

Good question. Dear, in short Linde's method is widely used for liquefaction of gases because of energy saving and efficiency. Regards

Can I ask that the critical temperature of oxygen is -118.75°C while that of ammonia is 132.44°C , oxygen requires very low temperature while ammonia requires high temperature why?
