I found I feel better having the right amount of vitamin D. I did not know I could not absorb it at all till a few years ago it was awful vitamin D absorbs calcium to our bones lockdown meant not going out for 2 years for most people I was careful most do not know what the immune system can do to the person thank you also when you have steroids etc you put on a lot of weight can not absorb vitamin d if you live in places like new york UK do not get sunlight i have discoid/rash I cant go in direct sunlight cover up with clothing every day try stay in the shade or indoors.
