Exactly. People who are new to this concept must understand that this is not something "new" in their life, we all are constantly manifesting. I understood it myself when I had the same things happening in a vicious cycle in my life. A person must become Daenerys Targaryen who "wants to break the wheel", and break it. And exactly, the first step is to understand what is going on and that a person can change the outcome.

If you are awake you’re manifesting, wether something wanted or unwanted. Manifestation is the translation of a vibration into something that you can hear, smell, touch, taste, see and the the most important in my knowing is the translation of an emotion which is feeling ( emotions are the most important part of a manifestation because they’re guidance that let’s you know every single time where you’re heading that’s guidance 24/7) that’s my acknowledgment of manifestation 😊
