Hello Simon and Martina. my name is Erin and I have big dreams of being a chef. I live in the US so a lot of the food I make is European. I've grown tired of it and have been looking for the perfect type of food for me to really specialize in. Thanks to your videos I've fallen in love with the Korean culture. I've never really left home so moving across the globe is a bit intimidating. But from your experiences and the way you explain the welcoming feeling of Korea I'm not afraid. Thank you so much and keep doing what you do, cause you do it pretty damn well 😊

We had this when we were in Osaka and it's just sooooo good! They made it for us though, something of which I'm very thankful because we were just clueless foreigners ... Oh Japan how I miss thee :3

Bacon and shrimp, green onions and cabbage, and a bit of pickled ginger, mixed with mochiko, egg, dashi! Of course Okonomi sauce and QP mayo. Yummm. We make it here at home (Michigan). Love love love it.

I am so hungry after watching this video. For people who want to make okonomiyaki at home in the US - H Mart has okonomiyaki flour and then you can add whatever you want to it. Soooo good.
