Jacco, I think a product that can work with a PLG strategy combined with an inside sales team could work really well in SMB. Being able to outreach with a pre-configured install of the product that can instantly demonstrate value for the prospect might really change the game for SDRs to break through the noise.

Yup Ryan we are going to see PLG with low touch and at the same time ISRs combined w PLG. The combo with SDR has its own application. Eg all that and everything in between :-) cheers jacco
