Thank you so much. Beautiful description of pranayam. I loved at the end how you described nurturing the practice like holding a bird: too tight and it dies, too loose and it flies away. Sir ,thanks for this pranayama basics video..I liked your way of explaining things.. i hav started my journey through this.. i feel great now today after doing it.. I want to ask , when is the best time to do pranayama.. like can we do it regularly during some time in between busy schedule?? If we missed our morning routine , when can we do it best to continue our daily pranayama routine.. Thank you sir 🙏

Namaste Nischala KS ji. There are 2 qualities of the Breath that you should keep in mind while doing the Asana. 1 Slow 2 Deep In simple Asanas it will be easier to manage both. With practice, you can also practice it in advance asanas. A proper regulated breath will bring a fine balance between Body and Mind. Keep practicing Take care and God Bless

purak by nose then kumbhak but what abt "rechak" air be released thru nose or mouth..?

Sir, as we all know we shouldn't do retention if we suffer from high bp. Can we do only 2 counts of breath retention? Please clear it out. Awaiting for your reply

A bit confused. I thought one has to exhale completely before doing the uddiyana bandha. Doesn't it involve sucking in the abdomen?
