I want to ask , when is the best time to do pranayama.. like can we do it regularly during some time in between busy schedule?? Namaste Nischala KS ji. There are 2 qualities of the Breath that you should keep in mind while doing the Asana. 1 Slow 2 Deep In simple Asanas it will be easier to manage both. With practice, you can also practice it in advance asanas. A proper regulated breath will bring a fine balance between Body and Mind. Keep practicing Take care and God Bless

A bit confused. I thought one has to exhale completely before doing the uddiyana bandha. Doesn't it involve sucking in the abdomen?

Praveen Kumar ji. Ofcourse, why not. Just during the Menstrual cycle, it should be avoided.
