I appreciate how straight forward you explained all this! Some many people really drag it out but you made it so simple.

Signs of a thyroid issue. Sometimes can be fixed with a fatty meat based diet, iodine and not fasting. When I am closer to carnivore, I have zero menstrual cramps. Nutrient density is important. I think we are all figuring out the Weston A Price style is really right. Eating ancestrally appropriate, figuring out your carb threshold, not fearing animal fats. I also think seed oils might be the main issue with a lot of people. People really under eat fatty meat typically too. But yes, nourishing our bodies with q nutrient dense ancestral diet is key.

@@thefreshpursuit so... I'm watching this again because I tried combining Weston A Price with fasting... my hands and feet have been cold, dry skin, bad mood etc... I'm going to try this style with Weston A Price. Thanks 4 sharing

I’ve been carnivore for 6+ months and still have some period pain-not terrible, but I get uncomfortable. Eczema went away, and I look healthier, but energy is less and I’m having more migraine issues, so I’m going to add in fruit & honey . I was playing around with macros last night, and it looks like I’ll unintentionally be doing this diet! This makes me more excited to get started. 🎉

This video is great and so encouraging. Very happy for you! Thank you for sharing! 🎉❤ I’m carnivore 6+ months and will be adding in carbs as fruit & honey. It seems my body isn’t doing well without carbs. I’ll be doing about equal macros of carbs, fats and protein. Excited to see if it helps! 🙏🏻

Yesss! So great! Thank you for sharing! This way of eating seems like a no brainer, yet we make it so complicated on ourselves with all these diets and fears of gaining weight that we sacrifice true health for it! I started eating this way this past spring, and wow! SUCH a big difference! Glad you found your way to eating this way!🙌

This reminds me of how I put together my son's meals and snacks... balanced macros, and definitely ENOUGH food, more than enough. I realized this yesterday and thought, wow why am I not taking care of myself the same way?

right off the bat you're incorrect. Ray definitely recommended that people avoid artificial sweeteners /HFCS and seed oils.

You mean healing your orthorexia, eating enough and following your food intuition? That is what prometabollic is

This video is so good and I would love to share it as an introduction to people. It really addresses so many things that could be difficult to understand in the beginning. But the music is super distracting to me! I often recommend pro metabolic principles to people who have healing to do and many of them are sensitive to sound etc. Just a suggestion to remove the music, otherwise it's perfect 🫶🏻
