After I had h pylori I took the triple therapy for a week and I was on strict diet for two months no spicy food, sugary food, no tomato or any sauce and also no citrus and then I retested for h pylori and came negative but the problem is that I feel occasional pain without bloating or bad smell just pain and discomfort specially if i eat sugar or big meals, I don’t know what is happening 😢 my stool is looking great and everything is normal just the occasional unexplained pain😢 do i have SIBO?

It’s worth thinking about when taking into consideration your symptoms. A comprehensive stool test might also be helpful to consider too.

I’m so sorry I missed this! A comprehensive stool test is going to give you lots of usable information, as well as a SIBO breath test.
