Think of blue as a conductor hat - running the meeting and organizing all train/bus passengers in their seats; think of green as growth - a fresh emerging sprout emerging into something - growing.

6 hats is not a form of critical analysis. It is a mechanism for directing perception and thought to expand you mental map of a subject.
