The worst thing is being unable to control the own breathing and feeling suffocating, it is really scary and death threatening.

I feel sorry for those that get this experience, i have had sleep paralysis regularly for about 20 years and i havent ever had trouble breathing. Its unpleasant in different ways for me but over the years ive learnt to relax when it happens and can jolt myself out of it or i just accept it and wonder off into a lucid dream. All terrifying to begin with but with time it can become advantageous in strange ways 😂

The 1st time I experienced it I was resigned to "I guess this what it's like to die". The last time...I was reclining in a chair and I immediately started to pray then I jumped up and fell the strongest butterflies I've ever felt.

I had it for the first time ever today. I have been sick and I felt there was nothing for me to do but take a nap. I remember my dream, I was on my phone and went to the contacts app, but there was only 2 contacts and I didn’t know who they were. Apparently I needed to call someone but they weren’t on the contacts. And then I became aware, I thought ‘Oh yeah, I’m dreaming. Maybe I should wake up.’ So then I tried stretching my legs to get up but I couldn’t. ‘That’s weird.’ I tried again and again but it wouldn’t work. I couldn’t move my arms either, so I decided to open my eyes. It seemed pretty hard but I opened them eventually. Something was off about my nightstand, it was glitching. Then I saw a face. It was *super* creepy, it had a small chin but the eyes were humongous, practically popping out of its head. I got scared and closed my eyes. Then I remembered, ‘Wait, am I having sleep paralysis?’ I tried screaming but I could only blow out some air through my nose. I tried kicking my legs but I wouldn’t budge at all. Then I tried to calm myself, and open my eyes again. I did see the face, but only for a second. Then everything looked normal, and I could move my legs. I got up and searched sleep paralysis, and that’s what it was! Scary.

this happen in every culture, whether asia america africa europe and all the world, from ancient time up to present, and it is believe that this is cause by evil spirit, no matter what culture or religion, they all said the same.

That’s interesting. So spiritually we are all the same, or is it just a medical problem like neurologists say, affecting us all humans? Or maybe the two are connected?

Djinn trying to pester us. - Read ayyatul kursi before going to sleep. - Sleep on your side, right side is recommended. - Change sleep position once you wake up - Read the 3 Quls Surah plus ayyatul kursi - If it still persists, sleep with light on

I experience this quite often and I can tell you guys that whatever that happens scientifically is correct but... there's something more dark happening in this world which we don't know. Science proves that why this happens but can't explain that how all of us experience the same thing where ghost is on our left side or on top. And why is it every time a ghost why never an angel. Science is just a part of the nature which we have discovered. There are more things !
