First I had heard of it. Tried to sign up by going to the dev shop in my city. Registered my game name and then.....nothing. I just go around in circles and can't find any kind of dashboard or even where to enter into the interface to start playing. Any advice on where to go from here?

Absolutely! It sounds like you didn't get to the stage of actually connecting the app to your account; ill try and make a video on this quickly, but for now you can find it under settings, then by going to 'third party applications' and clicking connect new app. you'll first need the code, you should receive one whilst going through the signup process to upx spark exchange

I do that and enter the code and it sends me an error telling me I'm already registered. This is why I get confused...I can't seem to figure out where to go from there :(. I'll watch your new vid...thanks so much. maybe I am missing something. @@RyansBlock

ERROR "this application is already connected" is the message I get. When I open Spark Tycoon, nothing happens and wants me to generate a code....and around and around I go in circles. Can never open an actual dashboard.

Hmm I'm not entirely sure. Have you tried going into settings, third party applications, and checking that nothing is currently connected? If it reads that something related to upx spark exchange is connected, simply disconnect it; then try again. I know they booted everyone out and everyone had to redo their connection on the update. If this doesn't solve it, if you either leave me your IGN i can send it to the owner; or if you know how to find Stoshx15 in discord, you can message him yourself!
