This was interesting! My friend tried it once and rolled two designs onto each other and merged the two pennies together!

From what I’ve learned it depends on the style of machine. Some it works great but others will have issues like you mentioned. It would be nice if it would work for all of them

Always do speed rolling when I can, even if it's just one set for me, my arm doesn't tire out so fast if I can do it all together

That's a good point, I didn't think about arm fatigue. Do you find that you get a lot of mis-rolls or they all press pretty consistently?

I find it to be consistent. The machines that I know that I can speed roll on here in CA, are machines that whether you turned the handle to the design or not, it knows to wait before dropping the penny
