Thank you for your early review! I feel like my mission is accomplished by seeing your comments, it warms my heart! A few comments: 1-> I'm uploading around one challenge a day, so it will fill up pretty quickly. 2 -> The techniques are definitely going to be tranferred to other scenarios, even if it doesn't feel like it. That's because by doing so many hundred laps trying to get a gold in that specific challenge, you develop and shape your muscle memory, so in other scenarios you'll be doing that automatically without realizing it. Also, the deeper we get into the challenges, the more repetition you will find, which will help you realize that many of the techniques you've been developing on the early challenges are actually just preparing you to tackle the big ones! 3 -> The Aha moments happen when you're trying to apply a specific theory and you get to feel it in practice. I think there will be some of these throughout the challenges, but the objective of the challenge is for you to sit down and work. The Motor Racing Checklist is the big treasure box full of a-ha potentials (I see a lot of people finally understanding MRC contents by trying to apply them in the Academy). I'll be posting more and more challenges and I'm excited to see a second review in the future :P

@suellioalmeida - For someone getting into Simracing/Iracing, would you recommend the motor racing checklist or the motor racing academy first?

Hey, Q! I’ve been working the Motor Racing Checklist for a while, and feel the lessons and challenges in the Academy really complements the lessons in the Checklist, and i find having to work on a specific technique in a specifically chosen car/track combo helps me understand and FEEL what I’m supposed to learn, at least with regards to car control and car cornering behaviour. I feel that having to repeat an isolated technique or combo many many times help me improve my overall skill and feel for what the car is doing in other situations to. I used to be a competitive swimmer when I was young and the way Suellio structures the lesssons and challenges makes totally sense to me in that you have to repeat a single thing a LOT to internalise them and build both muscle memory but also a feel on what you’re doing. For me at least, this looks like it might unlock a lot of things in sim racing that’s been difficult for me and that can give me the confidence to do more online races and hold my own and not destroying the race for others. There’s a lot more challenges now so I’d encourage you to have another look 😊

I seen Suellios videos and liked his style. Im a returning sim racer and wanted to finally do things the right way. So I figured I would sign up. I went to his page and saw the prices and my heart crashed. He wanted me to pay to be a member of an academy that gives me monthly access as well as quite a bit IMO for a course. I just couldnt justify paying that much to get better at a video game at the end of the day. I know his course would improve my skills, make me more competitive, but I just can put out that kind of money being on a military pension. It must be priced right because people are paying it. My comments arent negative towards Suellio in the least just being honest on my side. I'll have to just stick to the KZbin Academy and do my best. Its still fun regardless GG to all

Great review, I've been a member for a couple of months, its expanded to 20 challenges which take a long time to even get bronze. I agree with your comments about cementing the skills with other combos. There isn't really enough for me to remain subbed after another month as I'm not interested in league racing which is a shame as its invaluable content and i have improved since starting the course.

I'd be all about this if it wasn't stuck on iRacing. Awesome review though and thank you for sharing your opinions with us based on your experiences
