Thank you darling, for all of your fab videos and giving hope to so many people. I started losing a lot of hair when I was 18 (I'm 54 now) and back then there was no internet. I also had a terrible and old family doctor who gave me no hope. It was a really scary time for me, especially coming at an age when you are thinking about a boyfriend etc. I actually researched at the library and started taking vitamin supplements and changing my diet. Finally my hair loss slowed down and I was able to style my hair in a way that you couldn't really tell I had lost quite a lot. You are such a beautiful young lady inside and out. 💚🌺💚

Wow yes I totally agree that’s one of the best things about the internet- just how much you can learn! That’s amazing that you took things in your own hands and learnt and tried everything you could to grow your hair. So inspiring. And thank you so much for the kind words ❤️❤️

Hi Deepa! I love your videos and just wanted to thank you because you made me learn about the AIP diet a year ago, when my Alopecia was really bad... and today my hair has all grown back. I'm so happy! You are an inspiration and so helpful. 🙏🏻💓

This is fantastic!!! Many foods I cannot tolerate but all the ones you listed are my favorites:) Also I’ve started taking liquid vitamins as I have accepted the fact I jusy will never take those drawers full of “ideal vitamins “ I’m supposed to swallow In 24 hrs .. they’re just a waste of $ if you never take them

Hi deepa . Im 25 years old . Im currently suffering from severe hair fall .. some part of my scalp has started showing . Its not alopecia . But i suffer from ankylosing spondylitis which is a systemic auto immune inflammatory disease . I don't know if that is causing my hair to fall out . I consulted a trichologist . I was also diagnosed with iron and vit -D defficient . But now I've completely recovered from these defficiencies . But hair fall still continues. Just wanted to know can i follow the diet

Thank you so much for the video! Would love to see a video of all the vitamin supplements you take! Currently I don’t really take anything and I’ve been experiencing thinning all over (especially in the front). It’s been really hard on me mentally but trying to stay positive.

I hear you it is definitely not an easy journey to go through. I would get your blood tested to see if you are deficient in any of the important hair growth nutrients- iron, b12 or D

Iron in spinach is not absorbed Bcs spinach is very high in oxalates and oxalates bind iron and thus is is not absorbed.

Hi Deepa....I got digonosed with alopecia two years back..I lost almost 90% of my hair .I tried all kinds of treatment but my hair loss was getting worse but your videos are so inspiring for me .I did AIP diet for 15 days but doing AIP diet is difficult because I am vegetarian.now days I am taking some supplement also like multivitamin and Omega 3.my hair are coming back but the density is very thin. can you please suggest me some supplements for more hair growth?

For sure! I have a bunch linked in the description for this video and I will def record a video as well. Just remember that whatever you do to try to grow your hair- you have to stick to it for months before you can confirm if it’s working. 3 months at the bare minimum but I’d say give it at least 6.

Is alopecia areata the only alopecia that can be cured this way? Can androgenetic alopecia be cured this way too or has that not been tested? I’ve seen a lot of those videos and seems like it cannot be cured.
@DeepaBerar2 жыл бұрын
Androgenetic alopecia can be managed/slowed down there are a lot of things you can do to manage including focusing on nutrition

I’m allergic to shrimp, nothing too extreme. I don’t notice anything happening to me when I eat shrimp, my bloodwork said I was lol. So would it be best to avoid shrimp in this case or is it safe to eat while doing the AIP diet?
@DeepaBerar4 жыл бұрын
I’d say avoid it. My Dad is allergic as well and it’s scary if he has even a little.
