It baffles me how little the sf community talk about marisa's phalanx/superman punch. It's every bit as strong as any other lariat move, i.e., blanka ball, headbutt, jamie's palm thrust and bison's scissors, except it's also armoured and airborne and plus on block. That being said, it's nice to see you demonstrating Ken's light jinrai trade combo. This move is ridiculous and the privilege of light/medium jinrai is more than enough reason for ken's not having plus on block normals.

low key (beacuse most peoples attention is on scissor kick currently) I think Devil's Reverse might be the single best move in the game. It creates it's own mixup guessing game. So many options. Works great as air to air. Keeps combos going. Lets you combo off the fist part. It's just so good.

against most characters jinrai is great, but luke can mash od dp after blocking one hit of jinrai kick and it will always reach and it can't really be baited. You have to almost be pixel perfect distance to make it whiff when doing just one hit.

Jamie's palm is underrated. Any forward advancing move that is safe is already pretty good but this one can be plus if you do it properly.

It’s plus if spaced properly but it doesn’t leave you in their face or anything, it’s just to force a spacing trap from neutral mostly IMO. Not saying it SHOULD be plus since that would be way too strong. Palm is still solid but definitely not one of the best in the game, I think.

I mean, I guess, but it's no dragonlash. If Jamie has a fullscreen neutral skip, that was +on block and could combo into a full screen corner carry, then we would be talking.

Nah I think his palm is up there. He doesn't need or want Oki off of it. He wants to get in for free, knock you down for drinks, do massive damage in the right combos. If palm was punishable Jamie would be far less effective. DI can be an answer but that's about it

@@juice6521 Nobody outside of lower ranks is doing a full screen dragon lash without dying. Heavy dragon lash is almost useless once you get to master, everyone can counter it. The one thing it has that makes it good is the utility of the side switch.

Never did i realized this but there are at least 3(4 if you count Jaime's drink lvl1) that has similar dive kicks between them in SF6. Also f*** Ken's jinrai kicks & dragon lash, most absurd moves he has gotten and Luke is what players pissy about!? 🤨 Also also great acting skills Mura, going for the emmy award.

Dragonlash and jinrai can be easily countered by a good Di. But most of Luke’s normals is Di cancelable while being bs/plus on block

​@@anso3886Dragonlash can be punished by DI, but it tends to be used at the same range as hodokens are used, the beginnings of the moves have enough similarities to where if you DI the wrong one, you get screwed

Then you are just a bad player because Scisor knees can be punish quite easily on block. The only way to not be able to punish it is by spacing the move during neutral.

The best move in sf6 is cr fwd drive rush cancel. I honestly think if they just nerf the range of all cr fwd, the game would be a lot more fun. Either that, or make drive rush on block +2 only.

Sonic boom is the best for me, you can't jump it. . You need a hard read to punish it.. even if you neutral jump it, if guile got a read on you, he can still punish you
