(fighting sucks against flying and same with grass, but you can go crobat if you like that)

well think about it, it's move pool can sometimes suck if your not using it right. A better option is hawlucha or any other fighting. Personally I like pangoro because its fighting dark or even scrafty because fighting dark is really good in kalos seeing how most people use either normal or physic. I played though the game and constantly needed a dark type. Just saying :/

@Jacob-Kun I’m just gonna go ahead and warn you about Pangoro and Scrafty’s 4x weakness to Fairy. Be careful because there are also a lot of Fairy-types in Kalos, so make sure they know something like Poison Jab or Bullet Punch. Edit: Probably both moves for Pangoro just in case you encounter a Fairy-type that neutralizes one of the weaknesses.

shadow sneak is better imo, it already has a great STAB ghost move with shadow ball, so it doesnt need more power. shadow sneak is better because it gets priority, which is crucial on Aegislash because he is very slow. Just my opinion tho, go with what you want

SAME BRO! Except for XY/USUM I won`t equally spread if it prevents me from using the ones I like from the region. I always use pokemon that got introduced in that gen (counting their final evolution only, so I can use pokemon like Mamoswine or Weavile in DPPT for example even if I apply my rules) Tho I have considered using Zoroark in Alola because 1: I couldn't find a better dark type, the ghost types don't seem to be good enough to me (I can`t take Mimikyu cuz I am gonna use Primarina) 2: Zoroark looks like a Alolan pokemon to me anyways.... The core of Talonflame + Greninja is so broken throughout the entire game. Talonflame has advantage on 50% of the bosses in this game (Rival main Pokémon, 1st gym, 3rd, 4th, 8th, Wikstrom. Greninja cleans what talon can’t do. Otherwise having a ground type to deal electrics and a grass/electric to deal with water and you’re good to go

It's not really necessary unless you plan on using those pokemon for competitive like player vs player and even then I'd just beat the game first then work out ev's since you can reset them and you'll have more options on what you want to use

Tbh Lucario is extremely good, especially when you first get him. The fact that he comes with swords dance and power up punch basically mean that you can most battles by swords dancing twice and just power up punching until you win. Its defense is good enough that you don’t really don’t need to heal, so you can easily win most fights. As far as I know this works at least to the Lumiose City Gym, but there’s a solid chance it could go further than that. You just need to train it in speed with Pokémon Training as far as you can go, so it’ll always go first.

Personally, I'd put Pyroar on my team because it is really good againsts most of the Ice gym, good with viola, ramos, Clement (cause he has electric/steel pokemon), if he can use bite/crunch (which he probably can) it would be good with the psychic gym, but if not, then use Houndoom, and then of course Wikstrom of the elite 4. I do my research (only because decided to replay pokemon y with only fire types, which got hard for grant, even though I haven't made it to clement, I do my research) If you're interested, my team is plus their current moves are: Delphox: Flame Charge (will be replaced with flamethrower), Mystical Fire, Psyshock, and Psybeam Houndoom: (Only exclusive to X, so catch an electrike on route 10 before battling grant, then put it on the GTS for a houndour with the level between 21 and 30, then level it up to 24, where it evolves into Houndoom, then battle Grant) Moves: Fire Fang, Bite, Smog (for the fairy gym), and feint attack Pyroar Male: fire fang, endeavor, strength, and headbutt Pyroar Female: fire fang, endeavor, headbutt, and some other move I cant remember Charmeleon: Fire Fang, Ember, Dragon Rage, and Cut Fletchinder: Fly, Roost, Ember, and Razor Wind Note: If you do a fire team for x or y, make sure to always remember to substitute out 1 pokemon for a water type that knows surf, so you can get to courmarine city, then put that fire pokemon back on your team.

Yeah I am kinda skeptical as well with having dual Poison types, obviously you gotta keep Venasaur but Crobat? Yeah its immune to ground and all that but Talonflame seems like a better option in terms of coverage. He also did this in Kanto with two poison types and two normal types. I agree with Kanto that was the best option I found as alot of the bug types either sucked, couldn't fully evolve or were half Poison while he already had Venasaur and Nidoking, and that all the ghost types were half poison and you couldn't get dark Pokemon in the main story. So a psychic like Starmie was best. And Snorlax's movepool was and is great in Gen 3 so it wasn't limited to Normal attacks, and Dodrio being half Flying took care of a potential Fighting weakness. And Nidoking too care of its weaknesses outside of Ice which it had as well, but since most Ice Types were half water Jolteon killed it. But this team.... I would go for Talonflame in terms of coverage
