I think, during spins, the bag should go at your back instead of just overhead rotation. Great work!

You can do both depending on goals , prior injuries and mobility level.

@@kettlebellmusclegain Have you also tried hydro core? What are your views on that particularly in terms if difference in movement patterns when compared to a Bulgarian bag? Thanks for taking time to respond.

Bulgarian bag come from a Bulgarian Sheep hearder tradition of showing off their strength by holding a sheep the front and hind legs. And swinging it around and putting it on their back and doing Squats , jumps and lunges , Sheesh , a Shepherd workout ,sound crazy, But I would love to See a Cotton-man strength Competition ( Instead of Iron-man competition ) 😂😂😂

@nick maresca what muscles do you think it would pull?

I haven’t ever used this bag and looking to buy. Would you recommend the 26lb or the 37 lb to start. Their website suggests the 26. I have been using kettlebells for a while, light ones now because of a few heart issues. I do not want to over reach at the start
@kettlebellmusclegain5 жыл бұрын
Definitely 26.,perhaps even 17.

Hey joe, what would be your two favorite weights for the Bulgarian bag? I was buying a 12kg and also wanted a heavier one.

I think I've never really been one to be flashy in front of other people but yeah confidence comes with experience I also need a new Bulgarian bag as I finally had to retire this 12 kg in one after 10 years of abuse if you take care of them and condition the leather and keep them clean they will last a very long time
@steverocca76534 жыл бұрын
Swing This Kettlebell and Strength Check amazon. I just got my 12kg for 146 shipped.

Not bad but as im in the industry and Have a good relationship with the makers, I support the originators due to their education and development. But yes get what you can.

@@kettlebellmusclegain I agree. If I would go to a professional gym I would expect good equipment. But It's only me in my garage so it works just fine for me haha. Just wanted to offer a cheaper alternative. Sometimes the price of things can prevent us from getting started.

How does this NOT pull a muscle?
@mattm11925 жыл бұрын
WARMUP a lot.
@cesarperez22165 жыл бұрын
You pull muscles from not warming up. And throughout your warm up, stretch all your muscles. Before you begin any kind of exercise, you should make sure that your warm up made you break a sweat. That should make sure you don’t pull anything

Interesting yet funny video. Why didn't you wear work out clothes? I wouldn't have minded if you would have paused the tape between exercises to catch your breathe and speak clearly. Good job though!

Thhat is what my shoulder mobility allowed me at the time. Everyone is different and even that changes. Thats the beauty of a fluid tool to train with. Its not going to look the same with everyone. Thanks.
