Thanks for the comment, fortunately here in Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties we do not have any toll roads, but there is a toll to go over the bridge to St. Pete as well as some tolls in Tampa. With that being said, the city of Sarasota does charge for parking now!

i first went to sarasota in1968. it was a wonderful small town. not so nice anymore. just like most of florida now.

Hi Shon, thanks for the question. CDD is Community Development District. It is a fee that is lumped into your taxes here that helps cover the development of the land, infrastructure, amenities, etc. I hope this helps!
