Awesome video. Very lucid and easy to understand. Request you to explain us about MANAGING STAKEHOLDER & ITS STRATEGIC APPROACH. Sir also it would great for us to have a case study simulating a complete project to show "How a Project leader/manager can take decision and see its consequences during the entire project life cycle, by creating (simulating) increasing levels of complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty which may be actually faced by any project leader. Kindly consider my request and upload a case study. Thanks in advance. :)

Very informative video perhaps one of the best I have seen on this topic. Covers everything you need to know with one case scenario that not only helps in understanding the concept but helps in retaining the concepts long after you have finished reading the EVM topic. Very useful piece of information for anyone preparing for PMP or CAPM certification examination.
