Spawn is a character from the comic of the same name created by Todd McFarlane in the 90s so even before the Invincible comic started (btw. I read the Invincible comic after S2 ended and I also read/started reading other comics related to it during/after reading the main one but I've never read Spawn) and from what I know, he had crossovers with not only Invincible but also Savage Dragon (it's another character/comic from Image Comics and it was made by Erik Larsen, and I also didn't read it but I remember this character appearing in the Invincible comic) and even Batman, and the comic also has things like TV series, movie/video game adaptations or merch (actually, I believe McFarlane owns a company called McFarlane Toys that makes action figures of different characters from popculture, including his comics).
