Thanks Katie. This is a legitimate option. Of course, ultimately this is an abstinence program as the reward inhibitors will make water more enjoyable. So it takes about a year. But, "rarely have we seems a person fail who has thoroughly followed our path. They either could not or would not completely give themselves to this simple program. They thought they could find an easier, softer way". This may be an easier softer way for some, but a 90 in 90 while making friends going through the same thing has saved millions of lives. Or, you can take a pill for a year. Options!
